Important Information

Thank you for your interest in our puppies. We ask our potential buyers to respectfully provide a completed Questionnaire. We do require it for each and every potential sale and will not consider you as a buyer of a puppy without a questionnaire.

We raise these babies and love them as our own, and they in turn love and trust us! It is our responsibility now to find the most loving, wonderful, nurturing homes we can find. We seek to find them their FOREVER HOME where love will last a lifetime.

We raise our puppies inside with daily love and attention to assure each buyer that they are getting a well adjusted, loving, new family member.

All puppies will come healthy and happy, microchipped, de-wormed, vet checked, 1st shots, 2 year health guarantee and well loved. Both parents are available for viewing. All puppies are sold on a spay or neuter contract, unless pre-approved for breeding purposes. I do not sell to pet stores, large breeders or breeding kennels.  I may approve of small hobby breeders whose dogs live in their home with the family.

DEPOSITS

If you are interested in a puppy, I can hold that puppy for you with a deposit.  No puppy will be held without a deposit.

DEPOSITS are $500.00

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS a health issue is found at the puppies 8 week vet exam. There are NO other exceptions.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE POMERANIAN?...

Once I receive a deposit, an adoption pending will be placed on your puppy until all adoptions fees are collected.

WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

All puppies must have all fees paid by the time they are 8 weeks old unless prior arrangements have been made.  If I do not receive the balance due by the time the puppy is 9 weeks old, the puppy will be placed as Available and you will forfeit your deposit.  You have a one week grace period.

If you are picking up your Pomeranian in person we accept CASH, E Transfer.

Your Puppy/dog must be picked up when they are ready to go, unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

WHEN WILL MY PUPPY BE READY TO GO HOME?

Most puppies are ready to go to their new homes at 9 to 10 weeks of age.

Some of my tiny Pomeranian puppies are not ready until they are 12 weeks old, it depends on size, and how well they are eating.

WHAT SHOULD I GET FOR MY NEW PUPPY?

You should pick up these things before getting your new puppy/dog:

A soft blanket to go in their crate, food and water dish, Nutro-Cal (from the vet), brush, nail clippers, collar, leash, and of course lots of toys.  I suggest at least for the first 6 months that you keep him/her in a safe place such as an Xpen or confined to a kitchen or bathroom.  Puppies do not do well with the door closed in a small room.  A baby gate at the door works well for them.  Do NOT leave a puppy locked in a crate for hours at a time. It is too small of a space for them to be left for hours, unless it is at night as they will be sleeping. NEVER should your puppy be locked in your crate while you are at work.

WHAT BRAND OF FOOD SHOULD I GET FOR THE PUPPY?

At this time I feed my Pom babies Acana Puppy and Junior.  You will be given a small bag to take with the puppy. I also feed them: carrots, frozen peas, apples, broccoli, but NO table scraps or dairy products.  Bully sticks or cows ears are also good treats, as well as round bones that they cannot bite pieces off of. My adults eat Canadian Naturals which is an all life stage food.  It is also a grain free food.

WHEN COMING TO PICK OUT YOUR NEW BABY...

When your Pomeranian is ready to view we will schedule a time to meet that is good for everyone.

Disease is easily spread in dogs, you can pick up Parvo, Kennel Cough, Distemper and many other diseases just by walking down a sidewalk that an infected animal has been on.

You can pick it up in a Pet store, Vets Office or even in a Park and carry it on your shoes, clothing and hands. You can spread the disease without knowing it. We simply cannot put our Pom babies at risk. I'm sure you would not want it to be your baby that was the one that became ill from this.

When you come to pick out your puppy, I ask that you wear newly laundered clothing.  I need you to take off your shoes and wash your hands before you touch any of my dogs or puppies.  After you choose your puppy, I do not allow further visits until you come to pick her/ him up.  I am trying to keep the puppies free of disease and every time visitors enter my home, they bring the risk of disease.  We will send you pictures weekly until your puppy is ready to go.

WHAT IF THINGS DO NOT WORK OUT WITH MY NEW PUPPY?

If for any reason at any time you are unable to keep the Pomeranian, please contact me, I will assist you in finding a new home for the puppy/dog. I do not want any of my Pomeranian's to end up in Puppy mills, shelters or in a home not suitable for a Pomeranian. I will always take the Pom back at any age no questions asked but I cannot refund your adoption fee.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHERE MY POMERANIAN'S GO, I ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ADOPTION TO ANYONE I AM NOT COMFORTABLE PLACING OUR POMERANIAN'S WITH.

WARRANTY

We provide quality puppies. We do not guarantee size, color (some coat colors change when adult coat develops), or coat. We also do not guarantee our puppies for breeding or show.  They are sold as is and are sold as pets only.  We can only make an educated guess to the best of our knowledge as to quality, and size.  Should you pick a puppy for breeding or show I will do my best to place you with a suitable puppy.  There are no perfect puppies, just as there are no perfect people.  I DO NOT sell to pet stores, puppy mills, brokers, or big breeders.  All puppies must be living in a home, not a breeding kennel.  They need to be part of your family, as they were a part of ours.

VET CHECK

It is the responsibility of the adoptee to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase.  If your puppy is NOT examined within the 72 hours of purchase, the health guarantee will be null and void and you will not receive a replacement puppy, should health issues arise. If any health issue comes up in the first 72 hours and is confirmed by my vet, you will receive a full refund.  Once examined and found healthy, seller assumes no further responsibility.

If your vet finds a life-threatening genetic problem anytime within the first two years, we will replace the puppy with another of equal value and of the same gender, and color as soon as one becomes available, or you will receive 1/2 of your purchase price refunded.  This will be decided by the breeder which option is used. We must have a statement from your vet stating the nature of the problem and this will be confirmed by a vet of the breeders choice.

I assume no responsibility for a puppy/dog after leaving our premises which includes, but is not limited to: shipping mishaps, injuries, vet and or medical bills, allergies, family disputes, landlord disagreements, insurance coverage, and or housebreaking.  Once puppy/dog is received by the airline for shipping, the new owner is now responsible for the care of the puppy and any costs invoked from the shipping of the puppy.

Our guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of the puppy and becomes void if ownership changes or is transferred.

And don't forget Poms are always welcomed back for any reason no questions asked at any age young or old.  No refunds will be made.
